Each is moment is a moment of gratitude. How do we dance through the five rhythms of the life (stillness, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and flow)? It’s your choice. Do you come into each moment with a heart of gratitude? Or more moments of aversion? We”ll explore movement and mediation techniques to hone in on grace, gratitude, and Love (compassion).

Uche (oo-chay) Elueze (eh-luh-way-zay) hails from around the world. Nigeria, London, east coast (NYC, New England) and most recently, San Fran. He loves to travel. Most importantly, he loves people and exploration. He’s an Artist, Yogi, and ACTOR! His intention at Liberate is to connect and bring joy to the community.
