Dhammapada Meditation with Kristin is every Friday from 5:30 - 6:30 PM.
This is a weekly mindfulness meditation on one passage of the Dhammapada each class. The sayings of the Buddha will be read, meditated on, and discussed. A wonderful time to open your mind to the expanding beauty of these poetic and treasured ancient texts and apply them to your life right now, helping you gain deep wisdom. Then we will have a traditional silent sitting, standing, and walking meditation. After a Dhammapada meditation, you can expect greater clarity and problem-solving solutions, as well as a sense of calmness.
Kristin is a reader, healer, and teacher that first started meditating in a Theravada Buddhist meditation group many years ago and would love to pass the life-changing wisdom of this practice to you.
