Transformational Breath Meditation with Jay is the 3rd Monday of every month from 7:00 - 8:00 PM.
Jay will guide you through this unique combination of Pranayama breath, Ho’Oponopono and guided meditation so that you can uncover areas in your physical, emotional and spiritual body where you may be blocked or carrying heavy energy.
This meditation will help you to return to your natural state of self-love, self-forgiveness, and joy. You’ll leave feeling euphoric, relaxed, and filled with compassion for yourself and others!
This is a lie-down meditation and involves deep breath work for the first half.
