Mindfulness Meditation is every Wednesday from 7:00 – 8:00 PM!
Vipassana, or ‘insight’ meditation, was the original technique taught by the Buddha more than 2,500 years ago. Through equanimous observation, mindfulness, and concentration on the arising and passing away of thoughts and sensations, the meditator becomes less ‘reactive’ to triggers and more ‘pro-active’ to higher intentions. Vipassana de-programs habitual emotions, patterns, and thoughts, and gives insight into the impermanence of all phenomena. All are welcome, beginners and experienced meditators alike!
