Everyone can achieve moments of peace and relief from stress, fear, anger and anxiety. Learn how to master your mind and shift out of fight-or-flight mode with meditation instructor, Love Ablan, who will be your guide in what she playfully refers to as ‘Jedi Academy’. Find your balance and power source within, even if you’re the kind of person who can’t sit still!
In her own quest to reprogram self-limiting beliefs and learn how to regulate emotions, Love discovered that there is no one right way to meditate, and that all forms could be stripped down to basic, biological components. There are a myriad of techniques to hack the brain and body to achieve a natural state of balance, and unlock the path toward self-mastery.
She now teaches meditation around the world, facilitates ceremonies and workshops, and speaks on mindfulness and ‘biohacking’ to give as many people as possible the necessary tools to empower themselves on their personal journeys and enjoy a better life.
She will be sharing different techniques every other Sunday in this guided meditation class at Liberate Hollywood this September!
